Every day I spent in this hotel I had a problem. Daye1 air conditioning not working. Day 2 laundry service not delivery on time. Day 3 closet door was stuck (with my clothes inside) and I got the promise it would have been fixed next day. Day 4 the door was not fixed. The worse thing is that no-one was kind enough to say they were sorry. The client care is close to zero. I strongly suggest not to spend your business or holiday trip here

Very nice hotel in a perfect place in Madrid. Located at the Gran Vía you have every major spot located at a reasonable walking distance and a great underground station just meters away. Very clean and excellent service from all the stuff. A couple of lowdowns. The shower wasn't strong enough and I had to buy a bar of soap since hotels in Spain only provide with shower gel.

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, location is super central few meters from piaza Spanja Check in was done at midnight since had a late flight Check in was ok, room was on the 11th floor which was good though it was a room for disabled which it did not bothered me. The only thing which was not as my booking is that i had 2 single beds instead of 1 double bed, but this was fixed the next day breakfast is good, quite a good selection Room dont have a mini bar or an empty fridge which is a bit of a let down

Reception was efficient. The room was clean if rather dated and stark in decor. No problems with noise and got a good nights sleep. Buffet breakfast was adequate but nothing special. Would I stay there again - yes, but only if the company is paying the bill.

Just been to this hotel and it was clean, central and perfect for our trip. The staff were all lovely, breakfast was great and the position in Madrid was brilliant. The beds were super comfortable and although the rooms weren't over plush they were very clean and the shower was excellent. Thank you to all the hardworking staff your efforts were much appreciated
